Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and prepare all orders for shipment within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically take 10 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery, depending on the destination and carrier.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5 PM GMT+10 will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary depending on the order value and destination:

  • USA: Orders below $100 will incur a $5 shipping fee. Orders above $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • Worldwide: Orders below $100 will incur a $5 shipping fee. Orders above $100 qualify for free shipping.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to select countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, military bases, or remote areas. If an order is placed from a restricted area, it may be canceled, and the customer will be notified.

6. Order Tracking
